Day 1. Monday

arrive, evening with accordion music, dinner is schnitzel with smashed potatoes + 1 beer included in the price

Day 2. Tuesday

the famous Tatra Museum in Kopřivnice and a mini brewery Polivar Kopřivnice – beer tasting + roast duck with sauerkraut, then carry on to picturesque Štramberk, on the way back visit a mini brewery Valášek in Dolní Jasénka u Vsetína, beer tasting and a Wallachian speciality “Shepherd’s Pocket” with bacon and bryndza (sheep cheese) for dinner

Day 3. Wednesday

Olomouc – Veteran Car Arena + tour of the city, then on to the Litovel Brewery (connection with Gustav Frištenský – his wife was the daughter of the first Head brewer and they lived next to the brewery) – guided tour + goulash, bread, ‘tvarůžky’ (Moravian speciality – ripened soft cheese with a very distinctive aroma), option to make your own beer for extra charge! dinner after return

Day 4. Thursday

Uherský Brod Brewery, then a mini brewery Hrádek in Slavičín with Moravian specialities, then visit to Luhačovice, dinner after return

Day 5. Friday

free time in the morning, after 12 pm depart for the Moravský Žižkov Brewery for a guided tour and beer tasting, then stop to taste some delicacies in the Kyjov Brewery – beer + honey glazed roast pork ribs for dinner, return

Day 6. Saturday

Kroměříž – The Flower Garden, town, the mint (UNESCO town), guided tour in the Maxmilian Brewery, then Černý Orel (brewery and restaurant) – beer tasting, beer cheese, knuckle roast, return

Day 7. Sunday

Sunday – what is served in Hluk – tour around local pubs and restaurants, everyone covers their own expenses, BBQ

Day 8. Monday
